  • Boxing Basics

    Monday to Thursday

    5pm to 7pm

    Open to ages 9+

    This class was designed for both competitive and non-competitive members. It is supervised and coached by coaches that have been trained and certified by both Boxing Ontario and Boxing Canada. It focuses on conditioning and exercise including:

    o   Cardio training

    o   Shadow boxing

    o   Skipping

    o   Eye-hand coordination

    o   Heavy bag work

    o   Foot work

  • Boxing for Adults

    Tuesday & Thursday

    8 AM to 10 AM

    This morning class was designed for adults that want to get in shape and lose weight. It teaches boxing and self defense, while building confidence.This class focuses on the different aspects of boxing, including:

    o  Shadow boxing

    o   Skipping

    o  Heavy bag work

    o  Eye-hand coordination

  • Women's Bootcamp

    Tuesday & Thursday

    7 PM to 8 PM

    This class is taught by one of our female boxing champions, Justine Honsinger. It focuses on strength and conditioning, confidence building and self-esteem. It includes:

    o  Self defence

    o Conditioning

    o Weight loss

    o  Skipping

    o Shadow boxing

    o  Heavy bag work
